Adrian B. Stern pledged $10,000 in support of the 40th Anniversary Gala

Adrian B. Stern, CCRC Board Member and founding member of Clumeck Stern Schenkelberg & Getzoff accounting firm, has generously donated $10,000 in support of CCRC’s 40th Anniversary Gala. As a Platinum Gala Sponsor, Stern’s sponsorship will help support:

  • Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) curriculum training for Head Start teachers and STEM materials for preschool classrooms in the content areas of Earth Sciences, Physical Sciences, Scientific Inquiry, Nutrition and Life Sciences.
  • Family literacy and library services in four locations spanning 22,500 square miles. Parents learn how to read with children, receive free age-appropriate books with corresponding activities as well as information regarding child development ages and stages.
  • Healthy nutrition and movement classes and learning materials, and support for children, families and child care providers.

Adrian Stern has been engaged in public accounting since 1979, and is experienced in expert witness testimony regarding computer systems, damage calculations, loss of earnings and professional malpractice cases. Stern provides consultation to CPA firms regarding valuations, mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as Adjunct Professor at the University Of Southern California Marshall School of Business where he teaches accounting. Stern is married with four daughters.
