Thanks to new funding, CCRC is expanding once again and we are looking for professionals who are passionate about their community and excited to make real change here in southern California. Job openings include teaching and supervisor positions within Head Start, information technologies, mental health, human resources, multimedia, accounting and more.

Employees who work at least 30 hours per week may participate in the CCRC Benefits Plan, which is available to employees and their eligible dependents. CCRC’s Board of Directors recently voted to cover all medical, dental and vision insurance premiums for every full time employee through the end of 2021. New hires receive Paid Time Off at a rate of 10 days per year. In addition to paid holidays, CCRC typically provides a paid winter break from Christmas Day through New Year's Day, except when required by the contract to remain open.
CCRC is celebrating its 45th year of service in southern California. Since our humble beginnings as a small Resource and Referral agency, we’ve grown to employ over 1,000 staff who serve more than 50,000 children, families and child care providers across Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
