CCIP: Nutrition Basics (Online Training)

The Child Care Initiative Project (CCIP) is a quality improvement project that delivers training and support for prospective and licensed family child care providers. Join us for a virtual cohort in which you will receive a series of free workshops, assistance in understanding licensing requirements, technical support and mentoring, and virtual networking with other child care providers. 
 

In this web-based session:

Discover strategies for preventing childhood obesity, as well as working with picky eaters.

Identify food/nutrition guidelines to serve healthy meals in your facility.

Learn how to create and maintain mealtime routines.

Discuss the benefits of enrolling in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
