In Module 5 – Helping My Parenting Bounce Back After Terrible Things Happen, we will cover:
– How to remain flexible through difficult times to build resilience
– Different types of resilience
– Self-advocacy skills for you and your child
Each training completed earns you $20 and there are a total of six modules available.
