Parents, you can get paid up to $120 to learn about trauma informed care and ways to develop personal and family resilience in our six-part series!
In Module 6 – My Self-Care Matters, we will cover:
– The importance of self-care to preserve and improve well-being and learn helpful self-care strategies
– How to develop a self-care plan you can use with your child
Each training completed earns you $20 and there are a total of six modules available.
