The Bike Skills Workshop and Parade is a bicycle safety training for basic bike handling skills in an enclosed area which will culminate in a mini bike parade.
The parade will be featured as part of the City of San Fernando's Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony and honoring the ancestral land of the Fernandeño Tataviam Band of Mission Indians.
If you do not participate, you can still enjoy today's festivities.
