The Strategic Plan also lays out some key internal investments to deliver on program goals. Over the course of the plan, we commit to investing in the infrastructure to increase quality, efficiency, and impact across all areas of CCRC.
Diverse and Stellar Staff
In the last five years, CCRC has seen a 30% increase in the number of staff. Our staff now numbers 1000 people spread across offices and child development sites in Northern LA County, San Bernardino County and Sacramento. Diverse and Stellar staff considers how we keep pace with broader changes in the workplace to attract and retain top talent who support CCRC’s vision.
a. Position CCRC as an employer of choice.
b. Adopt an agency-wide approach to professional development and leadership development.
c. Promote an agency-wide culture of excellent, culturally responsive customer service.
High-Functioning Internal Systems
As we continue to push the boundaries of service – both geographic and programmatic – robust, integrated systems are necessary to more effectively communicate across programs and sites, support service delivery, and measure impact. This cross-divisional, integrated approach also requires information sharing and collaboration across programs and sites.
a. Improve the data infrastructure for centralized and program-level data capture sharing, and outcomes analysis.
b. Utilize technology to move beyond geographic boundaries in service delivery.
c. Integrate and coordinate programs by function or customer so that families benefit from all potential resources and supports.
