    Partnering with
Schools for Family Success
We implemented school readiness goals for children 0-5. Goals align with the child’s age, development, state preschool learning foundations and local school district expectations. Staff create activities that allow children to continuously practice these skills. Progress is tracked using the state’s child assessment three times per year and the results enable teachers and parents to individualize goals for children based on specific needs. Child outcomes are shared with school districts to ensure continued alignment and a seamless transition to school.
