Participants provided information on areas in which they would like to see further training in the future with Assessments, Child Behavior, Nutrition, and Special Needs as the most frequently requested training topic areas. It is recommended that Gateways program staff use the findings from this report in concert with an overall analysis of all of the trainings offered through Gateways throughout the county in 2015-2016 to determine training needs for the 2016-2017 program year.
