 Overall, Gateways participants reported feeling comfortable in using computers and are using e-mail.
However, the needs for training vary by R&R agency and participant primary language.

   Across LA County, 74% of participants indicated they feel comfortable or very comfortable using computers (See Figure 2). This was very similar to the 2014-2015 program year with 75% of participants reporting this. Most participants reported having internet access through a cell phone (91%) or a computer (89%) and use e-mail with various devices (See Table 2). As seen in Table 3, the largest group (75%) reported that they use cell phones to send-emails. This is a slight shift from the prior year in which the greatest group of participants reported using a computer to send-emails.
