Help Me Grow LA (HMG LA) is a community-driven effort to ensure every child receives support for developmental concerns at the earliest possible moment.
Launched by the Los Angeles County of Public Health (LACDPH) and First 5 LA, the HMG LA hub brings together a variety of programs and services into one centralized access point to help improve the complex system of care.
Child Care Resource Center was chosen as a leading community partner and is collaborating with Antelope Valley Partners for Health, Child Development Institute, and Family Focus Resource Center, to help improve the referral pathway in the local community.
Whether a family has a concern, or they just want to know more about their child’s development HMG LA connects them to free or low-cost local services and support including: referrals to screenings and check-ups, connections to agencies that provide early developmental services, growth milestones tools, parents support.
