Research Question 4: What areas of coaching are participants targeting?
Coaches worked closely with the participant to develop goals based on participant interest and observations of the Coach. These goals were documented on the coaching form and then entered into the database.
The number and percent of goals in each of the quality goal areas (Learning Environments, Adult-Child Interactions, and Special Needs and Inclusion) and the career development areas (Career and Professional Development, Marketing Development, Personal Development, Educational Development, Other) are presented in Table 10.
