The Head Start Staff
Of five statements related to Head Start personnel, parents (99.0%) most agreed with the Head Start staff kept me informed about my child’s overall progress and needs in the program. Nearly all English-speaking parents (99.5%) who answered this question agreed with this statement. Furthermore, of the 502 Spanish-speaking parents who answered this question, 98.6% agreed that Head Start staff kept them informed. All parents who answered this question from 13 of the 17 Head Start Centers indicated that they agreed with this statement. Nine parents of the 867 who answered this question disagreed with the statement.
