                 INTERNAL INVESTMENT
Financial Strength
This investment area considers how we ensure financial stability while preserving our core and responding to new challenges and opportunities. Financial Strength relates to our ability to further diversify funding, invest in infrastructure and new capabilities, stay abreast of shifting public priorities, and adapt policies and practices for new operating environments.
a. Nurture existing and new business opportunities to drive growth and sustainability.
b. Invest in agency growth and development.
c. Stabilize or decrease fixed costs (e.g., via property acquisition).
d. Adapt financial systems to support new programs and other business opportunities.
Compelling Brand
As the organization has evolved, so too have our services. We now provide a broad and growing range of child and family well-being programs that extend beyond early care and education. Our ability to reach and support families and child care providers, generate community support, and build strong partnerships is predicated on our status as a known and trusted brand. Compelling Brand focuses on amplifying the stories of CCRC’s efforts and impacts to internal and external audiences.
a. Better align CCRC’s brand and name with our mission and programs.
b. Elevate CCRC’s brand recognition beyond early care and education.
c. Leverage data to demonstrate our impact and return on investment.
