The Partnership - Background and Facts
The Partnership is a leading national model being rolled out based on the proven success and positive impact of the Early Head Start program.
The purpose of this program is to offer high quality early learning to children and comprehensive support for their families. This program serves children ages 0-3 in a child care setting or 0-4 in a family child care home. As part of the Partnership, CCRC and your child care provider will provide a full day, full year program to ensure your child receives the healthy and enriching early experiences they need to realize their full potential.
