Choose Health LA Child Care is designed to improve the nutritional and physical
activity environment in a child care setting to support the healthy growth and development of children.
We invite you to attend our upcoming FREE CHLACC training. Benefits include:

2016 marks the last year for CCRC’s Choose Health LA Child Care program, funded by First5LA and the Department of Public Health over the last five years.
