At this training participants will:
– Explore simple mindfulness practices including body awareness, guided imagery, and relaxation exercises that calm the nervous system and promote safety, connection, and calm
– Discover how creative expression can strengthen self-regulation and support co-regulation
– Gain practical art and mindfulness strategies to use right away to help young children build calm and focus in the classroom
