Welcome to CareConnect!
Starting Май 5th, 2025, CCRC will be transitioning to CareConnect from KinderCare. This easy-to-use online platform is designed to help child care providers manage child care payment information and keep parents connected to child care services. CareConnect will be hosting free virtual webinars to share step by step information and answer questions. You can sign up for one of the English or Spanish webinars happening every Вторник and Четверг in the month of Май.

Any other questions should be directed to the Provider Liaison in the location closest to you at 818.717.1000 ext. 9207 for the Antelope Valley, ext. 9206 for the San Fernando Valley, ext. 9208 for San Bernardino, and ext. 9209 for Victorville.
CareConnect can be access from your computer or mobile device, available on both iOS and Android.
CareConnect Family
CareConnect Family offers a convenient way for parents to stay connected with their child care services. Through this free online platform, you can effortlessly view your child’s daily attendance and learning updates, complete paperwork online, and share files securely with their provider all on one platform.
Logging in the for the first time?
- If this is your first time registering, an email will be sent to confirm your registration request
- When you click Accept Invitation, you will be redirected to the CareConnect sign up page if you did not have an account existed previously
- You must follow this process to complete your account creation

CareConnect Provider
CareConnect Provider offers an easy-to-use, free online platform designed specifically for child care providers. Effortlessly view and download digitally submitted attendance records whenever you need them. Plus, easily receive, sign, and complete important forms and documents, eliminating the hassle of lost paperwork.
Logging in the for the first time?
- Your username will be your email address (e.g. [email protected])
- Your password will be the first 4 characters of your email address + the last 4 digits of your SSN or TAX ID (e.g. john1234)
- After you log in for the first time, it will prompt you to change your password

To initiate a CareConnect Provider Portal account, you must contact the Provider Liaison Department who will initiate your account. You will then receive an email with log in instructions.
