CCRC’s Parent Portal allows you to access and manage your child care services all in one location from the comfort of home. Create an account or log in to:
- Access your Family Fee balance or make a payment
- View your child care approval notices
- Verify if your provider received payments
- Download and print forms

Provider Portal
CCRC’s on line Provider Portal is here for you 24/7. You can manage your child care payment information, view payments and voucher details, print your own attendance sheets and PPRs, plus access your child care approval notices! Let’s get started by creating your account.

- Child care providers who offer services for children in both Stage 1 and CDSS programs (Stage 2, Stage 3, Alternative Payment, FCCHEN) will be able to access information through one single portal.
