We’re looking for dedicated and talented people from a diversity of backgrounds who want to be part of something meaningful. Here’s what we do…

CCRC values its employees and offers a comprehensive benefits program to support the wellness and well-being of every employee. The program allows employees to tailor their benefits to match their needs and lifestyle. Rather than applying a blanket benefits program to everyone, you’re able to pick and choose the benefits that fit your life, health, and family situations.

Employees who work 30 hours or more per week may participate in the CCRC Benefits Plan. Coverage begins on the 1st of the month, following 30 days of employment. Coverage is available to employees and their eligible dependents — spouse, registered domestic partner, and/or children.

Our benefits plan offers medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, long term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, flexible spending accounts (dependent and health), and a 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan. For detailed benefit information and eligibility requirements, please review the Core Benefits listed below.

Medical Insurance

You have a number of medical options to choose from, including three HMO plans and a PPO Plan. You and CCRC will share the cost; your before-tax contribution varies with your chosen medical plan and your selected coverage level.

Dental Insurance

You can select a PPO or HMO option for Dental Coverage. You and CCRC share in the cost; your before-tax contribution varies with the dental plan and coverage level you choose.

Vision Insurance

You may purchase vision insurance at your cost. The plan covers benefits for exams, lenses, frames and contact lenses.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

CCRC provides eligible employees with one times their salary in Life and AD&D insurance at no cost to you.

Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance

You can purchase supplemental life insurance for yourself, or purchase insurance for a spouse, registered domestic partner, or child.

Long Term Disability

We provide employees with Long Term Disability insurance at no cost to you.

403(b) Retirement/Savings Plan

CCRC’s Retirement and Savings Plan, which includes a discretionary employer contribution and employer match after one year of service, is designed to help employees save for their retirement. You may choose to build your savings through elective tax deferred contributions. You can start as soon as you’re hired.

Employee Assistance Program

The EAP provides professional and confidential assistance with personal problems, including in-person assessments, professional interventions, short term counseling, follow up, and treatment referral.

Vacation Pay

Eligible employees accrue vacation hours based on length of employment. New hires accrue vacation at the rate of 10 days per year.*

Sick Pay

CCRC recognizes that employees may occasionally be unable to work due to personal or family illnesses, injuries, or medical and dental appointments. Under our sick pay plan, employees accrue 9 sick days per year.*

Holidays

CCRC has 10 paid holidays per year.*

Paid Winter Break

In addition to paid holidays, typically CCRC provides a paid winter break from Christmas Day through New Year’s Day, except when required by the contract to remain open.

Flexible Spending Accounts

CCRC offers Health and Dependent Care Options.

Paid Jury Duty

CCRC pays up to 10 working days of Jury Duty per year. The number of “paid” days varies for employees working less than 12 months per year.
