Provider Portal

CCRC has an online Provider Portal which will allow you to access and manage your child care payment information through the Internet.

Portal Benefits:

  • View payment and voucher information
  • Print your own attendance sheets and PPRs
  • Access your child care approval notices

Click on the button below to get started.

  • If this is your first time registering click on the Register button located at the bottom of the Login screen. Follow the prompts.
  • You will be sent an email to confirm your registration request. You must follow this process or your registration cannot be completed.
  • If you provide child care services for children in both Stage 1 and CDSS programs (Stage 2, Stage 3, Alternative Payment, FCCHEN) you will be able to access information through one single portal.

On February 5, 2020, the Childcare Provider Act Petition for Certification was submitted to the California Department of Human Resources as required by the California Public Employment Relations Board (PERB).
