PNC Bank Volunteers

PNC Grow Up Great® helps prepare America’s youngest learners to achieve success in school and life. In partnership with the creators of Sesame Street®, this initiative provides children with encouragement and resources to help them reach their full potential.

Since its inception in 2004, PNC has distributed more than $105 million in grants that help young children prepare for school. In addition to receiving one of these grants, CCRC enjoys a great partnership with a local division of PNC Real Estate.  Employees from the Calabasas-based office have painted murals, built benches, and planted flowers, trees, fruits and vegetables. To date, cash and in kind donations from PNC total more than $25,000.

“The Child Care Resource Center is one of the most vibrant and efficient charitable organizations that I have worked with over the years. They are a proven resource for thousands of underserved families in need throughout Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.” said PNC’s VP – Administrative Manager and Marketing Director – Grow Up Great® Program (California), Gary Baratta.

CCRC thanks PNC Bank for its ongoing help in fulfilling our mission. If you’d like CCRC to tailor a Volunteer Day for your company, sports team or service group, please click here.
