POLL Session 2: Personalized Oral Language(s) Learning (POLL) Strategies

The second session of the POLL Series is an introduction to integrating Home Language Support and Environmental Support within the child care environment. Participants will share experiences with the Family Language and Interests Interview. We will also discuss promotion of vocabulary development through anchor texts and experiences.

Please note: This session is part of a 5 session series. It is recommended that you attend each session consecutively.

This training fulfills 2 hours in the competency area: Dual Language Development (DLD).
