Head Start (HS) is a federally funded comprehensive preschool program for low-income families that provides professional services in education & early childhood development, medical, dental & mental health, nutrition and parent involvement. Head Start serves children ages three (3) to five (5) from low income families, including special needs children, who live within each agency’s area.
