CCRC’s Head Start program provides a broad array of health services including screenings and referrals, maintenance of immunization schedules, individualized care plans, and safe environment to support all children. Through collaboration with families and health care providers, we coordinate preventative and early intervention services in the areas of physical & dental health to ensure children are healthy and ready to learn.
Children, families and staff are provided information and resources in health related topics that are delivered through different modalities such as group training, workshops, newsletters and/or one-on-one consultations.
